人们如何数算他们的钞票 ？？？
I believe by now you have learn how people at different area counting their money. At first, we might find it interesting, than may ask why don't they follow our way of counting?
相信到目前为止你已学会了不同地区的人们是如何数他们的钞票。首先，你可能会觉得很有趣，然后会问他们为何不用我们的方式数算钞票呢？
From the video, we can see that there are ways of counting the same type of note. This also saying that we are human, with the same colour of blood, and people from different area or countries do have their own culture, habit, language, etc. So, we should learn and understand the culture of people from different places, this will eliminate culture shock and enhance better bonding of different races..
从录像中我们能看到相同的钞票其算法却是多样化。这如同我们人类的血都是相同的红色，不同地区或国家的人都有其各自的文化、习惯、语言等。所以，我们应得学习与了解各地区不同的文化，这能减少文化震撼并加强各族群间的凝聚力。
Everyone should open up their mind, open up their heart, and learn from each other; with all the understanding, join of mind, this can help more people generate a lot of money. Than, all mankind including you and me will be busy counting our money.
每个人都应敞开胸怀，进而互相学习，当彼此都相互了解且在思想交汇下，通统的思维更能协助更多的人赚取很多的金钱。那天底下的所有人包括你跟我都将忙着数算咱门的钞票。
Let’s put our hand together, do our very best, work with people from all part of the world, generate money and create wealth. Also, to help those less fortunate to stand up and polish their financial skill.

The Little Things（小事件）
After Sept. 11th, one company invited the remaining members of other companies who had been decimated by the attack on the Twin Towers to share their available office space.
在九。一一事件发生后，一家公司办了一个聚会同时也邀请了在双峰塔遭到灾难性攻击的其他公司之幸存者。
At a morning meeting, the head of security told stories of why these people were alive... and all the stories were just: the 'L-I-T-T-L-E' things.
在那次的早晨会议上，保安主任讲解了好些为何这些人尚能活着的故事。。。，而所有故事的背后都有各自的：“小 - 事 - 件”。
As you might know, the head of the company survived that day because his son started kindergarten.
你或许知道，公司的主管那天之所以还能活着是因为他儿子的幼儿园刚开学。
Another fellow was alive because it was his turn to bring donuts.
另一位仁兄能活着是因为当天轮到他去买甜甜圈。
One woman was late because her alarm clock didn't go off in time.
有位女士迟到，是因为她的闹钟在过了所设定的时间还在响着。
One was late because of being stuck on the NJ Turnpike because of an auto accident.
有一位迟到是因为在NJ收费公路发生了一起车祸而被堵在路上。
One of them missed his bus.
有一位则错过了他要搭乘的公交车。
One spilled food on her clothes and had to take time to change.
有一位由于她的衣裳被食物溅到而必须花时间换另上一件衣。
One's car wouldn't start.
有一位他的车子发动不了。
One went back to answer the telephone.
有一位转头再回家里去接听一通电话。
One had a child that dawdled and didn't get ready as soon as he should have.

The one that struck me was the man who put on a new pair of shoes that morning, took the various means to get to work but before he got there, he developed a blister on his foot. He stopped at a drugstore to buy a Band-Aid. That is why he is alive today.
令我印象最为深刻的是位男士，那天早晨他穿了一双新鞋，在他赶抵公司前，他的脚起了水泡，他便到药房哪儿买了胶布。所以他今天还能活着。
Now, when I am stuck in traffic, miss an elevator, turn back to answer a ringing telephone... all the little things that annoy me. I think to myself, this is exactly where God wants me to be at this very moment.
现在，每当我被困于车龙中、错过电梯、再回头接听响着的电话等等所有困恼我的小事件，我想这一切都是天意。
Next time, your morning seems to be going wrong, the children are slow getting dressed, you can't seem to find the car keys, you hit every traffic light, don't get mad or frustrated;
下次，如果你那美好的早晨出错、孩子们换衣缓慢、你找不到汽车钥匙、你一路上一直遇到红灯等，别气馁别生气；
God is at work watching over you !!!
因为苍天一直在注意着你！！！

The Story of a Woodcutter...
伐木工人的故事…
Once upon a time, there was a very strong woodcutter. He asked for a job from a timber merchant, and he got it. The pay was really good and so were the work conditions. For that reason, the woodcutter was determined to do his best. His boss gave him an axe and showed him the area where he was supposed to work.
从前，有一名非常健壮的伐木工人。他从木材客商那儿求得一份工作。工资与工作条件都非常的理想。因此，伐木工人决定尽心尽力地把工作给做好。他的老板给了他一把斧头并给他说明了他的伐木区。
The first day, the woodcutter brought down 18 trees. The Boss was very much impressed and said, "Congratulations, Go on that way!"
第一天，伐木工人砍伐了18棵树。他的老板非常的高兴并赞赏的说：“恭喜你，继续努力。”
Very motivated by the words of the boss, the woodcutter tried harder the next day, but he only could bring down 15 trees. The third day he tried even harder, but he only could bring down 10 trees. Day after day he was bringing down less and less trees. "I must be losing my strength", the woodcutter thought to himself.
他老板的话激励了他，隔天伐木工人更积极的干活，但他只能砍15棵树。第三天他更是尽力的砍，但也只能砍倒10棵树。日复一日，他所砍伐的树越来越少。伐木工人自言自语的说：“我的力量必定是退减了。”
He went to the boss and apologized, saying that he could not understand what was going on.
"When was the last time you sharpened your axe?" the boss asked.
"Sharpen? I had no time to sharpen my axe.
I have been very busy trying to cut trees.
他前去向他的老板道歉，说他也不晓得到底那里出了问题。
他的老板问：“你上一次是何时打磨你的斧头？”
“打磨？”他回答说：“我没时间打磨我的斧头。”
“我一直忙着砍伐树木。”
The moral of the story（故事的启示）：
Our lives are like that. We sometimes get so busy that we don't take time to sharpen the axe. "
In today's world, it seems that everyone is busier than ever, but less happy than ever. Why is that? Could it be that we have forgotten how to stay sharp? There's nothing wrong with activity and hard work. But we should not get so busy that we neglect the truly important things in life, like our personal life, taking time to read etc. We all need time to relax, to think and meditate, to learn and grow. If we don't take time to sharpen the axe, we will become dull and lose our effectiveness. So start from today, think about the ways by which you could do your job more effectively and add a lot of value to it.

咱们的生活就是如此；有时我们太忙而无暇打磨自我的斧头。

A Jobless man applied for the position of "office boy" at Microsoft.
一位失业汉到微软公司申请“勤务杂工”的工作。
The HR manager interviewed him then watched him cleaning the floor as a test.
人事部经理给他面试后再看他清洗地板以作能力鉴定。
"You are employed" he said. "Give me your e-mail address and I'll send you the application to fill in, as well as date when you may start.
经理告诉他：“你已被雇佣。给我你的电邮址，我会把表格电邮给你，你填妥后再写上何时能上班。”
The man replied "But I don't have a computer, neither an email".
那人回答说：“可是我没有电脑，也没电邮址。”
"I'm sorry", said the HR manager. "If you don't have an email, that means you do not exist. And who doesn't exist, cannot have the job."
人事部经理说：“很抱歉，如果你没有电邮址，那意味着你并不存在，不存在的人是不可能受雇的。”
The man left with no hope at all. He didn't know what to do, with only $10 in his pocket. He then decided to go to the supermarket and buy a 10Kg tomato crate.
那人很失望的离开。他口袋里只有10元钱，也不知该何去何从。而后他决定去超市并买了10公斤的蕃茄。
He then sold the tomatoes in a door to door round. In less than two hours, he succeeded to double his capital. He repeated the operation three times, and returned home with $60.
然后他挨门挨户的去售卖蕃茄。他的本钱在少于两个小时内翻了一倍；他前后重复了三次并赚取了60元回家。
The man realized that he can survive by this way, and started to go everyday earlier, and return late. Thus, his money doubled or tripled everyday.
那人意识到他能以此方法求生存，然后他天天都早出晚归。因此，他每天的收入都增加两至三倍。
Shortly, he bought a cart, then a truck, and then he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles.
不久后，他买了辆手推车，再来又买卡车，接着他拥有一支属于他自己的运货车队。
5 years later, the man is one of the biggest food retailers in the US.
5年后，此人成为了美国最大的食品零售商之一。
He started to plan his family's future, and decided to have a life insurance.
他开始为家人的未来作安排，并决定购买人寿保险。
He called an insurance broker, and chose a protection plan.
他找来了保险经纪人，并选择了一份保险计划。
When the conversation was concluded the broker asked him his email.
当一切都谈妥后，保险经纪人向他要电邮址。
The man replied,"I don't have an email."
那人回答说：“我并没有电邮址。”
The broker answered curiously, "You don't have an email, and yet have succeeded to build an empire. Can you imagine what you could have been if you had an e mail?!!" The man thought for a while and replied, "Yes, I'd be an office boy at Microsoft!"
经纪人很惊讶地问：“你能建立一个商业帝国，却没有一个电邮址。你能否想象如果你有电邮址的话，你将会是怎样？！！”那人想了一想说：“是的，我将是在微软公司内的一个勤务杂工!”
